This is a small collection of two strategy-based board games. Both of these games are highly popular in rural areas of Bangladesh.
3 Beads (৩ গুটি): This two-player game is quite similar to Tic Tac Toe. Instead of starting with empty spaces, each player begins with three pieces. Players can drag and place their beads on valid positions. The first player to align all three of their beads horizontally, vertically, or diagonally (excluding the initial positions) wins.
16 Beads (১৬ গুটি): Another two-player game similar to Checkers. Each player starts with 16 beads. A player can move one bead to an adjacent connected position, and can capture an opponent's bead by jumping over it to a valid space. Consecutive captures are allowed, letting the player continue their turn. The winner is the player who captures all 16 of their opponent's beads.
