The Bull Mural is situated in the Tombs section, accessible from the spawn area after opening the door to the tomb, which leads you into the room containing the puzzle.
Before tackling the Bull Mural puzzle, players need to Pack-a-Punch their weapon and eliminate a Shock Mimic to obtain a Monocle, a crucial item for the subsequent steps in assembling the Ice Staff. Once you have the Monocle, head to the rightmost side of the tomb area, where you'll notice purple lanterns.
To activate the Bull Mural, shoot all the purple lanterns in the vicinity until the light in front of the mural illuminates. Upon approaching the Bull Mural, you'll observe eight symbols that resemble Roman numerals glowing on the Bull. The objective here is to shoot these Roman numerals in numerical order, from one to eight.
