Along the way, unlikely allies—a cunning kitsune with forbidden shadow magic and a stoic golem haunted by tragedy—offer aid, but can their trust be earned?

The deeper the reaper delves, the more they learn that this is no random incursion. A malevolent entity, the Shadow Weaver, a being of pure darkness, seeks to plunge the world into eternal night. To defeat this ancient evil, the reaper must not only master their abilities but also confront their inner demons, for darkness thrives on doubt and fear.
