With the Ford DiagNow application, users can access powerful diagnostic functions:

• Decode Vehicle Identification Numbers to access detailed model specifications
• Retrieve and reset Diagnostic Trouble Codes across all vehicle control modules
• Monitor real-time vehicle data parameters during operation
• Analyze vehicle network communications in real time
• Program vehicle keys* (compatible models)
• Retrieve factory keyless entry codes* (compatible models)
• Access technical service bulletins related to identified trouble codes

These functions are available for all 2010 and newer Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles.

System Requirements

• Valid Ford Dealer or Motorcraft service account with active DiagNow subscription
• Ford VCM Lite interface device for vehicle communication
