VIDA, a digital-first brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is a key part of this, providing a complete ownership experience and beyond. It connects seamlessly to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, enabling remote control of various features.
Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call management (receive/reject), missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. BLE connectivity allows for locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter pinging.
The app also allows you to schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize your ride based on terrain or preference.
