Sunborn Games has rolled out its massive Aphelion update for Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, introducing fresh game modes and powerful new Tactical Dolls to the strategic RPG. Players resume their role as Commander leading android soldiers (T-Dolls) through a post-apocalyptic struggle for survival, with the update expanding both gameplay options and story content.
New Elite Units Join the Roster
The update welcomes two specialized T-Dolls - elite combat androids modeled after real-world firearms. Klukai (arriving March 20th) reinforces the Sentinel class, while Mechty (available April 10th) bolsters Support capabilities. Players can integrate these new units into existing squads alongside four existing class types: Sentinel, Vanguard, Bulwark, and Support.
Fresh Combat Challenges Await
Two new combat modes test tactical skills:
- Boundary Push: High-risk missions into hazardous zones to secure vital resources
- Assault Simulation: Time-based combat trials against enemy forces

Limited-Time Events & Customization
The update introduces exclusive cosmetic items including:
- Speed Star and Astral Luminous outfits for Klukai
- Embroidered Bamboo and Blooming Shadows skins for Makiatto
- Born Huntress costume for Peritya
Players can celebrate the update at a special Los Angeles event from March 22-23 at Grand Central Market, featuring live cosplay performances, interactive games, and limited-edition merchandise. Daily login rewards and special events offer additional incentives for both new recruits and veteran commanders.
Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium - featuring full cross-platform play - is available now on iOS and Android devices.
