Featherweight Games, the creators of Botworld Adventure, are launching a new strategic auto-battler: Auto Pirates: Captains Cup. Currently in early access on Android (with a soft launch on iOS), the official Android release is slated for August 22nd, 2024.
Following the success of Botworld Adventure and Skiing Yeti Mountain, Featherweight ventures into the competitive strategy arena with a swashbuckling pirate theme.
Gameplay Overview:
Auto Pirates: Captains Cup challenges players to assemble a crew, equip their ship, and engage in tactical sea battles to amass loot and conquer the global leaderboard. Players build their ultimate pirate lair, accumulating plunder and trophies along the way.
The game offers diverse gameplay options:
- Factional Variety: Combine pirates from four fantastical factions.
- Relic Power: Pair pirates with magical relics to enhance their abilities.
- Ship Customization: Experiment with different ships to optimize your strategy.
- Diverse Combat: Employ various tactics – blasting, boarding, burning, or sinking – to outmaneuver opponents. The ultimate goal? Reach the top 1%.
The game features a roster of over 80 unique pirates, all obtainable for free, categorized into seven distinct classes (Boarders, Cannons, Musketeers, Defenders, Support, and others). With over 100 relics to discover, players can craft powerful synergies.
