Atuel: An Immersive Documentary Experience
Atuel focuses on Argentina's stunning yet climate-change-affected Atuel River Valley. Players embark on a transformative journey, shapeshifting into various animals and elements within the ecosystem, becoming integral to the landscape itself. Experience the thrill of soaring through the air, then the tranquility of flowing as the river.
The game seamlessly integrates real-life interviews with historians, biologists, geologists, and local residents, providing insightful perspectives on the region's history, current state, and climate-altered future. Matajuegos collaborated with The 12.01 Project, an international documentary team, to bring these compelling narratives to life.
Atuel's visuals are truly captivating. Inspired by the Cuyo desert, the game's landscapes possess an almost ethereal quality.
While Android pre-registration is pending, visit the Steam page or official website for more details. The mobile version will include seven new languages and full controller support.
