Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall and gas mask breakage, triggering hallucinations.
After the fall, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.
Activating the elevator unleashes hallucinatory zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await.
A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.
Securing the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via a grapple point to the left of the security desk. Answer the ringing phone.
Find four documents and place them in the file display area. Hallucinatory mannequins will pursue; sprint and maintain distance. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, small central table, and cafe near a sink. Defeating the resulting Mangler Zombie yields the Green Card.
Obtaining the Blue Card
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the spawning mimic to obtain the card.
Retrieving the Red Card
Proceed to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs and a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Activate a timer and turn three drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to claim the Red Card.
Confronting the Disciple
Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone, engage the final horde and Disciple. The ensuing cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
