Firefly Studios, renowned for the Stronghold series, has launched a new mobile game: Stronghold Castles. This free-to-play title retains the series' core gameplay loop of building, farming, and battling.
Fortify Your Fortress!
As the lord or lady of your medieval village, your task is to transform a humble settlement into a mighty kingdom. Manage resources, oversee farming and mining, and even employ a little… persuasion (taxation and perhaps some light torture) to keep your peasants productive. Construct your castle to your liking, from a trap-laden wooden fortress to a formidable stone behemoth.
Engage in Epic PvP Battles!
Once your defenses are secure, prepare for intense PvP combat. Command knights, archers, and men-at-arms to conquer rival lords and plunder their resources. Your ultimate objective: restore your Manor Hall to its former glory.
Familiar foes from the Stronghold series, including rats, pigs, snakes, and wolves, return to challenge you. Battles are quick and strategically demanding. Lay siege to opponents' castles, loot their riches, and use your spoils to expand your kingdom.
