In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires assistance in recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Quest Initiation:
Locate Brannof Hall's Dining Room (accessible from Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues.
Quest Completion:
Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard attire. This quest requires discretion.
Lead 1: Captain Shirker:
Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.
Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He'll direct you to "The Illusion," suggesting you impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow).
Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).
Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:
Inquire at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). You'll be directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.
The Fishmonger at the stall (past the Eel Street Bridge) requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it in the flounder, and give it to the Fishmonger.
Hide nearby; observe the buyer (a Furtive Stranger).
Final Confrontation:
Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove any Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam," defeat him (Level 30), and retrieve the Plumbatae.
Return the Plumbatae to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
