This price is highly competitive for a prebuilt system equipped with the RX 9070 XT, making it a superb choice for gaming up to 4K resolution. What truly distinguishes this PC, however, is its housing: the Phanteks Evolv X2s chassis, which stood out as one of the most impressive cases debuted at CES 2025.

The CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme features an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card, 32GB of DDR5-6000MHz RAM, and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD. The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is widely regarded as one of the top gaming CPUs on the market. Although launched in 2023 and succeeded by the newer Ryzen 9 9800X3D, it remains an excellent choice that won't hold back your GPU. In terms of raw gaming performance, the difference is only around 10-15% at lower resolutions and becomes negligible at higher settings. It also offers significantly better power efficiency than the 9800X3D.
The Radeon RX 9070 XT Earned a Perfect 10/10 from IGN
We awarded the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT a perfect 10/10 score. Even at a $150 lower price than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, the 9070 XT outperforms it in several of our game tests. In some benchmarks, the performance gap is substantial. The 9070 XT also delivers performance on par with the older $1,000 RX 7900 XTX while offering superior ray tracing and upscaling capabilities. It has less VRAM (16GB versus 24GB), but this is not a significant limitation for gaming.
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Review by Jacqueline Thomas
"PC gaming has been locked in an expensive cycle since 2020, but the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT proves it doesn't have to be this way. This GPU effortlessly handles any game at maximum 4K settings, even with ray tracing on, and does so at a price that makes its competitors appear excessively costly. While I can't guarantee future pricing, what's clear is that the industry needs more graphics cards like the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT."
The Phanteks X2 Was a Standout at CES 2025
The Phanteks Evolv X2 was among the most eye-catching cases unveiled at CES 2025, and this marks the first time we've seen it used in a readily available prebuilt gaming PC. The specific model is the X2s, a slightly modified version for system integrators. It's a substantial mid-tower chassis with a panoramic tempered glass design that creates the illusion of the motherboard floating in mid-air. While it requires ample desk space, this case boasts stunning aesthetics and offers excellent cooling potential and room for future upgrades.
