In Metaphor: ReFantazio, each dungeon presents formidable foes that can be seen as mini-bosses, challenging players on their path to the main boss. These enemies often appear as red on the overworld Fairy Sight, indicating a significant challenge that requires Squad combat. Among these, the Faithwight Magileto, found in the Spire Of Blind Faith, stands out as a particularly tough adversary. Facing this enemy, especially at this stage of the game, demands a well-crafted strategy and a bit of luck.
Faithwight Magileto Weakness & Skills In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Weakness | Repel | Resists | Blocks |
---|---|---|---|
Strike | Light | Pierce | Electric |
The Faithwight Magileto is a level 50 enemy with the ability to summon additional level 50 foes, making it unwise to engage before reaching at least level 45. This enemy wields powerful dark and light magic, capable of targeting single characters or the entire party. Its arsenal includes Megidolaon, a devastating spell that hits the whole party. Additionally, it benefits from passive buffs that amplify the damage of dark, light, and other elements. The Faithwight Magileto can also use Soul Scream to gain four Press Turn icons in a single turn and summon more level 50 skeletons to bolster its forces.
These summoned skeletons are equipped with strong slashing attacks and dark magic, along with potent buffs and one of the game's best healing spells, which they can use to restore the Faithwight Magileto's health almost fully. Both the main enemy and its minions are vulnerable to Strike attacks, making this the key to victory.
How To Beat Faithwight Magileto In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Conquering the Faithwight Magileto, even at level 50, is a daunting task, and nearly impossible at lower levels. To enhance your chances, consider the following preparations:
- Acquire Dark Dodge from the Magic Knight archetype.
- Obtain Light Dodge from the Healer archetype.
- Inherit Strike skills from the Brawler archetype.
- Utilize the Warlock archetype, which resists both Dark and Light damage.
- Employ the Thief archetype, which resists Dark damage.
- Carry Tetrabreak to counter Tetrakarn from summoned enemies.
Your choice of archetypes should prioritize hitting these key points without being weak to Dark, Light, or Slash. If you have access to multiple archetypes and can use Skill Inheritance, focus on Strength-heavy archetypes. Ensure at least two party members have party-wide healing spells, and equip everyone with a Strike Attack to maximize Press Turn Icons and manage the health loss from these skills.
The battle will involve an element of luck, as consecutive Megidolaons can be nearly fatal. Equipping most party members with Dark and Light dodge can help end the enemy's turn quicker. If the Faithwight Magileto summons allies, prioritize taking them down swiftly before they can heal. Using the Dekaja skill to dispel buffs from summoned enemies can be beneficial. Your primary goal each turn should be to execute at least six Strike attacks and utilize two party-wide healing spells.
