The only way Pokemon GO players can get Dhelmise is by participating in 3-Star Raids featuring the Sea Creeper Pokemon as the boss during the Beloved Buddies event. This means you'll need to defeat Dhelmise in these raids to have a chance to catch it afterward.
Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances
Dhelmise is a Grass- and Ghost-type in Pokemon GO, making it vulnerable to Fire-, Dark-, Ice-, Ghost-, and Flying-type attacks. These moves will deal 160% super-effective damage. On the flip side, Dhelmise is 63% resistant to Grass-, Water-, Electric-, and Ground-type attacks and 39% resistant to Fighting and Normal-type moves.

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?
