Painter’s Regret Treasure Map Location in Avowed
In *Avowed*, treasure maps can be obtained through various means, such as purchasing them with in-game currency or discovering them during your exploration of the expansive world. The Painter’s Regret map, however, is exclusively found within the game's environment.
The Painter’s Regret treasure map is located in Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll explore in *Avowed*. Head to the northeast end of Coastal Farms, where you'll find a large house positioned in front of a rock face. Be prepared for a challenge, as you'll need to defeat a group of enemies guarding the house before you can enter.

How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed
As with many RPGs, accessing the house isn't as straightforward as walking through the front door, which is barred shut. After dealing with the enemies outside, navigate to the right side of the house where you'll find a walkway leading to an unbarred back door. Enter through this door to find yourself inside the house, where a large painting on an easel awaits you. This painting is the Painter’s Regret treasure map. Grab it, and you're set to embark on your treasure hunt in *Avowed*.
With the map in hand, head to the western side of the river southwest of Fior mes Iverno to uncover the treasure. Your reward for this endeavor is the Painter’s Brush, a unique trinket that boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, enhancing your combat prowess in the Living Lands.
