Netmarble has rolled out a significant update for The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure, headlined by the arrival of Emperor of Light Escanor. Alongside this powerful new character, players can enjoy special events and meaningful gameplay improvements.
Emperor of Light Escanor Joins The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure
The update's crown jewel is undoubtedly Emperor of Light Escanor's debut. Longtime players will recognize this mighty warrior, who previously appeared as The Lion Sin of Pride, now returning as an enhanced Special Hero.
The update also revolutionizes team building mechanics. Players can now assemble squads with up to 10 characters, doubling down on strategic possibilities with expanded team formation slots.
Progression systems receive major overhauls too. Boss Orbs gain improved functionality, though players must first unlock the #20 Silk Road and #21 Theme Park Tavern Themes to access full benefits. The level caps for both Frame Enhancement and Research Lab have been raised, while a brand-new 4th Constellation system offers fresh upgrade pathways.
New In-Game Event: Silhouette
The Silhouette event brings exciting reward opportunities. Players can exchange event currency for valuable items including Hero Summon Tickets (Special to Legendary quality), Diamonds, Gold, Experience points, Draw Power, and Artifacts.
The event features an innovative roulette mechanic. After collecting multiple event currencies, this system grants bonus rewards and allows a full reset once desired items have been claimed.
Significant battle content updates include:
- Melascula of Faith replaces Drole of Patience as the new Advent Battle boss
- Stage expansions push the difficulty ceiling higher (Normal and Nightmare stages increase from 13000 to 14000)
- Fresh story content expands the game's narrative
