The Fallout TV series could potentially run for five or six seasons, according to Aaron Moten, who plays Brotherhood of Steel recruit Maximus. During Comic Con Liverpool, Moten revealed that the showrunners originally mapped out a multi-season arc that extends to Seasons 5 or 6.
Showrunners Have Long-Term Plans for Fallout Series
"When I signed on, they laid out a starting point and an endpoint," Moten explained. "That endpoint hasn't changed — it's around Season 5 or 6. We've always known we'd take our time developing these characters."
Of course, reaching that extended run depends on continued success. Given the overwhelming popularity of Season 1 and strong anticipation for Season 2, Fallout stands an excellent chance of seeing its full story through.
Season 2 Wraps Production
Filming for Season 2 recently concluded, with The Ghoul actor Walton Goggins marking the occasion by playfully removing his irradiated makeup. Star Ella Purnell (Lucy) also shared celebratory behind-the-scenes moments.
The road ahead looks promising for Fallout fans, with showrunners clearly envisioning multiple seasons of post-apocalyptic storytelling.
