Genshin Impact 5.4 Quality of Life Changes

In Genshin Impact 5.4, players can look forward to five new quality-of-life enhancements. Four of these are designed to streamline character upgrades, while one focuses on improving your time in the Serenitea Pot.

Character Training Guide Enhanced

The first major update in Genshin Impact version 5.4 is the revamped Character Training Guide. This tool is invaluable for building new characters by automatically calculating the resources needed for their upgrades. You can now customize the guide; for instance, if you're not aiming to level a character to 90, you can adjust it to show resources needed only up to level 70.

But there's more. The new guide not only lists the materials but also pinpoints their locations on the world map. Simply click on the desired material, and icons will appear on your map. Once you select a character for upgrading, the game will set reminders for when you can farm those materials, making your journey to power even smoother.

Crafting Table Quick Teleport

The second enhancement in Genshin Impact 5.4 is a small but impactful one. When you're browsing Character Development Items, you'll see a 'Craftable Amount' option under each item's description. Not only does this show how many items you can craft right away, but clicking it also allows you to teleport directly to a nearby crafting table, saving you time and hassle.

Character List Update

The Genshin Impact 5.4 update also revamps the character list and filter options. Now, upgrading a character no longer requires flipping through multiple pages. For example, if you're upgrading a Cryo character's talents, a new filter lets you view all your Cryo units directly within the talent section.

PC players using a keyboard and mouse will appreciate an additional filter option in the center of the screen. This new filter, which appears when scrolling through the character list, is based on elements, making it easier to find and manage your characters.

New Weapon Filter

Alongside the character menu enhancements, Genshin Impact 5.4 also introduces an improved weapon filter. This new feature allows players to filter weapons by secondary attributes. The update also includes an auto-add feature for the weapon enhancement screen, including the Refinement screen, where you can boost a weapon's Refinement Level. Keep in mind, though, that higher-rarity weapons might still require unlocking before you can add them.

Serenitea Pot Upgrade

For fans of the Serenitea Pot, Genshin Impact 5.4 brings welcome news. If you're tired of constantly searching for Tubby, a new menu lets you interact with them from a distance. Whether you're switching realms or crafting new furniture, you can now get things done without having to find the elusive bird.
