World of Goo 2: Mobile Physics Puzzles Launch

After an eagerly anticipated wait, the beloved mobile game, World of Goo, has finally returned with its full sequel. 2DBOY and Tomorrow Corporation have launched World of Goo 2 on mobile platforms, alongside releases on Android, Steam, PlayStation 5, and iOS. This sequel promises to deliver an enhanced gaming experience with a host of new features and gameplay mechanics.

A Ton of New Stuff

World of Goo 2 Mobile introduces a plethora of exciting additions, including over 30 new achievements to unlock. A notable first for any game from 2DBOY or Tomorrow Corporation, the sequel also includes a comprehensive options menu, allowing players to tailor their gaming experience to their preferences.

The original World of Goo, released on Windows in October 2008, captivated players with its unique gameplay of constructing bizarre bridges and towers using goo balls, all while battling the forces of physics and gravity. World of Goo 2 takes this concept further by introducing realistic flowing, splashing, and viscous liquid mechanics. Players can now manipulate this liquid like a river, transform it into Goo Balls, extinguish fires, and tackle increasingly complex puzzles.

The sequel also introduces a variety of new Goo types, such as Jelly Goo, Liquid Launchers, Growing Goo, Shrinking Goo, and Explosive Goo, among others. These new species add layers of complexity and fun, challenging players to understand and utilize their unique properties to progress through the game.

There Are a Lot of Levels to Chew Through in the World of Goo 2 Mobile

World of Goo 2 Mobile unfolds a new narrative across five chapters, offering more than 60 new levels, each packed with additional challenges. The storyline spans an epic timeline of hundreds of thousands of years, immersing players in a rich and evolving world.

In the game, players collaborate with a mysterious company that touts its eco-friendly initiatives, aiming to collect as much Goo as possible. However, as players delve deeper into the game, they uncover hidden agendas and secrets that add intrigue and depth to the gameplay experience.

After all these years, the iconic goo balls are back, and you can grab World of Goo 2 from the Google Play Store for $9.99. Don't miss out on this thrilling sequel that promises hours of engaging and challenging gameplay.
