Get ready, Honkai: Star Rail fans! The Version 3.2 update, titled 'Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,' is set to launch on April 9th. This update promises to deepen the game's lore with epic showdowns and the introduction of exciting new characters. As HoYoVerse celebrates the game's two-year anniversary, players can look forward to a series of special events and generous giveaways.
What’s in Store in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2?
Two new 5-star characters are joining the fray: Castorice (Remembrance) and Anaxa (Erudition). Castorice comes with a compelling tragic backstory and powerful abilities. As a Chrysos Heir marked by the Touch of Death, she's on a quest to find the lost Coreflame of Death, wielding the formidable Netherwing. Anaxa, on the other hand, brings a scholarly perspective to the team. As one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, his experiences have altered his view of reality. His Ultimate, Sublimation, can apply seven Weaknesses to all enemies simultaneously, making him a game-changer on the battlefield.
Returning characters will also make an appearance. In the first half of Version 3.2, you can look forward to reruns of Fugue, Jiaoqiu, and Acheron. Dr. Ratio, a fan-favorite, will be available again in the second half. Additionally, HoYoverse has teased upcoming balance changes in Version 3.4 for Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and Jingliu, though details are yet to be revealed. The Story This Time Is Heading to Styxia.
The narrative takes the Trailblazers to Styxia, a forgotten city submerged beneath the Sea of Souls. This haunting location, filled with dragon bones and restless spirits, sets the stage for uncovering the mysteries of the Titans and the catastrophic events that destroyed the city. Players will guide Castorice through this eerie environment, piecing together the secrets that lie beneath.
In celebration of the game's two-year anniversary, HoYoVerse is offering 20 free pulls just for logging in. On the anniversary day, April 26th, players will receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and a special in-game card from a companion. Additionally, players will have the chance to choose a free 5-star character between Ruan Mei or Luocha, making it an excellent opportunity to enhance your team.
