Getting Your Horse Back in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

You can reclaim your original horse, Pebbles! Travel to Semine in the south and speak with the horse trader. However, he won't simply hand her over. You'll need to either pay him Groschen, persuade him, or intimidate him. My experience involved progressing the main questline, working with Radovan the blacksmith. This provided me with clothing that enhanced my noble appearance, allowing me to convince the trader to relinquish Pebbles without payment, though it did slightly impact my reputation in Semine. If persuasion fails, prepare to pay for Pebbles' return.
How to Steal a Horse
Alternatively, you can acquire a horse by theft. While wild horses are rare, farms and stables offer opportunities. However, be prepared to face the consequences if caught.

I recommend visiting Vidlak Pond in the west. A farmhouse belonging to fishermen contains two horses. Simply mount one and ride away. Afterward, visit the Nomads’ Camp east of Vidlak Pond. There, a horse trainer can teach you how to saddle and tame your newly acquired horse, though you’ll need to compensate him for his services. Alternatively, you can forgo the training and ride your stolen horse as is.
