Beloved Bethesda voice actor Wes Johnson, known for his roles in Skyrim, Fallout 3, Starfield, and numerous other titles, was recently found critically ill in his hotel room. His family is seeking public support to cover his mounting medical expenses and living costs during his recovery.
According to a GoFundMe campaign launched by his wife, Kim, and family, Johnson was discovered unconscious and barely alive after failing to appear at a benefit event he was scheduled to host for the National Alzheimer’s Foundation in Atlanta on January 22nd. Hotel security found him unresponsive in his room.

The initial fundraising goal of $50,000 has been significantly surpassed, with over $144,791 raised from nearly 2,200 donors. Beyond his extensive video game voice acting career, Johnson has also served as the public address announcer for the Washington Capitals hockey team for 25 years and boasts a diverse resume in film and television.
His extensive contributions to Bethesda games include memorable performances as Ron Hope in Starfield, Sheogorath and Lucien Lachance in Oblivion, three Daedric Princes in Morrowind, Fawkes and Maister Burke in Fallout 3, Hermaeus Mora and Emperor Titus Mede II in Skyrim, and Moe Cronin in Fallout 4, among many others. The outpouring of support from fans underscores the profound impact Johnson has had on the gaming community.
