Acquiring the Quest:
Silvergale's Aria is unlocked through a multi-stage process within the "Heart of Infinity" mission (part 2). This quest isn't immediately accessible. You must first complete the main storyline of version 1.0 and then unlock the world quest "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" in update 1.1 (accessible via the "U" key, then the World tab).
