While acquiring the Astral Feather doesn't necessitate completing the quest, the mission provides valuable context and lore.
Soaring Above the Starry Sky Quest
To initiate the quest, navigate to the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire and interact with Curious Pinny. The quest unfolds as follows:
- Visit Lensie's house (easily located via the in-game tracking system).
- Groom the Astral Swan using a grooming Ability Outfit (like Bye-Bye Dust).
- Equip the Floral Gliding Ability Outfit.
- Fly with the Astral Swan.
- Return to Pinny and Lensie.
- Find Elron in Stoneville.
Grooming the Astral Swan
Grooming is straightforward; simply apply a grooming Ability Outfit to the Astral Swan. This action also rewards you with the Astral Feather.
Equipping the Floral Gliding Outfit
Equip the Floral Gliding Ability Outfit to enable flight. It's recommended to change into this outfit set from your wardrobe to ensure a smooth process.
Flying with the Astral Swan
Activate the Floral Gliding Outfit near the Astral Swan to trigger the flight sequence. Maintain proximity to the Swan throughout the flight to avoid interrupting the cutscene.
During the flight, a "Soar" button will appear; be sure to press it. Upon the Swan's return, keep the Floral Gliding Outfit active until the Swan lands completely to ensure mission progression. Prematurely ending the flight will halt progress.
