KLab Inc. has revealed updates on their upcoming mobile game adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Initially announced in early 2020, development hit a snag due to issues with their original Chinese partner, Shengqu Games. However, KLab has partnered with Beijing-based Wanda Cinemas Games to revive the project.
After overcoming development hurdles, the game is back on track for a global release (excluding Japan) in 2026. Wanda Cinemas Games boasts an impressive portfolio of successful mobile titles, including Hoolai Three Kingdoms Mobile Game, Calabash Brothers, Fortress Mobile Game, Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, Tensura: King of Monsters, and The Legend of Qin.

The JoJo's universe blends the real world with surreal elements, supernatural powers, and epic battles. Expect diverse storylines, from confronting ancient vampire lords to unraveling interdimensional mysteries.
This isn't the franchise's first foray into gaming. A Super Famicom RPG launched in 1993, followed by numerous titles. Popular Android games based on the series include JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters (2014), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records (2017), and JoJo's Pitter Patter Pop! (2018).
