Follow the quest markers, encountering bandits along the way. After resolving the situation, return to Semine and report back to Radovan in Tachov.

The final step before the wedding is forging a sword as a gift for Lord Semine's son. Radovan requests the hermit's sword. Speak with the innkeeper for information about the hermit before heading to Apollonia to acquire the necessary items.
