Should you summon Makiatto in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium? The answer is largely "yes," but with some important considerations.
Why Makiatto is a Great Choice:
Makiatto remains a top-tier single-target DPS unit, even in the established CN server. Her exceptional damage output makes her a valuable asset to any team. While she demands some manual control to maximize her potential, she synergizes incredibly well with Suomi, a top support character, creating a powerful freeze-based team composition. Even outside of a dedicated freeze team, Makiatto provides substantial DPS as a secondary damage dealer.
Reasons to Skip Makiatto:
However, there are scenarios where summoning Makiatto might not be the optimal strategy. If you've already secured Qiongjiu, Suomi, and Tololo through rerolling, Makiatto's impact could be minimal. Tololo, despite a potential late-game DPS decrease (rumored to be addressed by future CN buffs), provides solid early and mid-game performance. With Qiongjiu and Tololo already in your roster, along with Sharkry to support Qiongjiu, adding Makiatto might not significantly improve your team's strength. In this case, conserving Collapse Pieces for future units like Vector and Klukay might be a wiser choice. Unless you require a second strong DPS character for immediate boss fights, Makiatto's benefits are lessened with Qiongjiu and Tololo already established.
In short: Makiatto is a powerful addition, especially if you have Suomi. However, if you already boast a strong early-game core with Qiongjiu, Tololo, and Suomi, consider saving your resources for future characters. Check The Escapist for more Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium guides and tips.
