Marvel Rivals is launching the new year with blockbuster collaborations, uniting three major Marvel games. NetEase Games has arranged partnerships with Marvel Snap, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and Marvel Future Fight—all popular mobile titles.
Marvel Rivals, the new 6v6 hero shooter released just last month in December 2024, was developed through a partnership between NetEase and Marvel Games. It’s available on PC and consoles, letting players battle as iconic Marvel characters across diverse maps.
The game currently features a roster of 33 Marvel characters. Take a look at the game here if you haven’t seen it yet!
Marvel Rivals Collaboration Event Dates
Starting January 3, all four titles will participate in a multiverse crossover. The collaborations launch alongside Marvel Rivals’ Winter Event, ending on January 9. No official end date for the crossover has been announced.
The teaser shared on social media revealed little beyond a stunning image of Galacta—the game's announcer and Galactus’ daughter. Exact details are still being kept under wraps.
For Marvel fans, these collaborations are a major event. Players can experience the strategic deck-building of Marvel Snap, the puzzle-solving of Marvel Puzzle Quest, and the fast-paced action of Marvel Future Fight—all linked to the Marvel Rivals universe.
Also, on January 2 (today), Marvel Rivals introduces Moon Knight as the Lunar General, sporting azure-scaled armor, and Squirrel Girl as the Cheerful Dragoness, accompanied by her squirrel-dragon army.
That covers the latest on the Marvel Rivals collaborations. If you play Marvel Snap, Marvel Puzzle Quest, or Marvel Future Fight, be sure to check out the crossover event.
