The service was unavailable for 24 hours, starting at 6 PM EST on February 7th, which left all online games, including the MH Wilds beta test, unplayable on the console. The PSN was restored around 8 PM EST, as confirmed by the official NA X (Twitter) support account.
As of now, the specific date or time frame for the extension has not been announced, but it is confirmed to be a 24-hour extension to compensate for the lost playtime. This extension could occur anytime from the end of Beta Test 2 Part 2 up until February 27th, the day before the game's official launch. Part 1 of Beta Test 2 has already concluded, and Part 2 is set to begin on February 13th at 7 PM PT.
