Nantgames has unveiled their latest mobile sensation, MythWalker, now available on Android. This geolocation RPG thrusts players into an epic saga where they combat ancient evils, forge legendary gear, and unravel the enigmas of a parallel universe. With a mix of spells, swords, and the guidance of a mysterious entity known as The Child, MythWalker promises an adventure steeped in myth and magic.
Who Is the MythWalker?
In MythWalker, players are enlisted as MythWalkers by The Child, embarking on quests to safeguard both Earth and the fantastical realm of Mytherra. The game's innovative Tap-to-Move feature allows you to physically explore your surroundings, with Portal Energy enabling teleportation to new or familiar locations, transforming real-world spots into in-game landmarks.
You can place up to three Portals, stepping through them to assume the Navigator form—a spirit guide that offers unrestrained exploration. MythWalker immerses you in the action with three distinct classes: the Warrior, absorbing damage; the Spellslinger, striking foes from a distance; and the Priest, ensuring the team's survival. The game boasts over 80 enemies and nine diverse environments.
Moreover, MythWalker allows for the creation of multiple characters across different races: humans, the loyal Wulven (dog-folk), or the mystical birdlike Annu, giving players the freedom to experiment and explore different gameplay styles.
