Sword of Convallaria prepares to launch its second major content update, Night Crimson, on December 27, 2024. Developer XD Inc promises an exciting holiday experience within this tactical RPG's evolving Spiral of Destinies storyline.
A Detective's Journey Begins
The Night Crimson update introduces innovative investigative gameplay mechanics. Players will:
- Navigate clue-collecting mechanics through an interactive clue wall system
- Solve mysteries while evading enemies
- Unravel the fate of Waverun City
Safiyyah emerges as the tactical leader of Sword of Convallaria's Mobile Squad in this chapter. The update also debuts SP Characters - alternate universe variants of existing characters featuring:
- Distinct visual redesigns
- Completely new combat abilities
Meet the New SP Characters
The Night Crimson update introduces SP versions of Rawiyah and Taair:
- SP Rawiyah arrives January 3
- SP Taair follows on January 17
Collecting both standard and SP versions unlocks exclusive SP-enhanced skills.
Special Events & Content
The update arrives alongside several limited-time activities:
- Pre-update challenges (active since December 20) reward Secret Fates and legendary trinkets
- Waverun Tournament (starting January 3) offers exclusive avatar frames
- New theme song "Never Apart" features Japanese vocals by Hikasa Yoko
