Path of Exile 2 Ascendancy Guide: Unleash Your Class Potential
Path of Exile 2's Early Access release has players eager to master their chosen classes. While not technically subclasses, Ascendancies provide specialized abilities and unique playstyles. This guide explains how to unlock and utilize these powerful enhancements.
Unlocking Ascendancies
To unlock Ascendancies, players must complete a Trial of Ascendancy. In Early Access, this involves the Act 2 Trial of the Sekhemas or the Act 3 Trial of Chaos. Completing either trial for the first time grants access to Ascendancy choices and rewards you with two passive Ascendancy Points. The Act 2 trial is recommended for earlier access to enhanced abilities.
