From September 17th to 19th, Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa will be appearing in Pokémon Sleep! This "Good Sleep Day" event starts at 4:00 a.m. on the 17th.
Harvest Moon Magic: September 18th
The night of September 18th is extra special: it's the Harvest Moon! This full moon will significantly increase your chances of catching Clefairy and its evolutions. You might even snag a Shiny Clefairy family member! These Pokémon will appear in all areas of the game.
