Pokémon Center Hiroshima Relocates, Unveils Gyarados Plaza
Pokémon Center Hiroshima will temporarily close in March 2025, reopening at a new location in April 2025. Simultaneously, a Gyarados-themed playground, "Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima," will debut in March.
New Location for Pokémon Center Hiroshima
The store's new address will be the second floor of Ekie, at the north exit of Hiroshima Station. This marks a move from its current sixth-floor location in Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building, where it's resided since June 2015.
Gyarados Plaza Opens at Hiroshima Station
The Gyarados Plaza will open on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza, part of the new Minamoa building at Hiroshima Station. This interactive plaza features Gyarados-themed play equipment for all ages. Initially, reservations will be required to use the playground equipment; details will be posted on the official Minamoa website.
