PlayStation Plus January 2025 Lineup: Suicide Squad, Need for Speed, and The Stanley Parable
PlayStation Plus subscribers can now claim three free games for January 2025: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. These titles are available until February 3rd.
This month's selection includes the controversial Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a PS5 title that generated significant discussion upon its release in February 2024. While its player base has since diminished, PlayStation Plus members can now experience it at no extra cost. The game boasts the largest download size at 79.43 GB on PS5.
Also included is the remastered Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, available on PS4 (31.55 GB). Note that this version lacks native PS5 support and enhanced features, but remains playable via backwards compatibility.
Rounding out the trio is The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, offering both PS4 (5.10 GB) and PS5 (5.77 GB) versions. This expanded edition of the original 2013 game features added content and improved accessibility.
To download all three games, PS5 users should ensure they have at least 117 GB of free storage space. Sony is anticipated to announce the February 2025 PlayStation Plus lineup towards the end of January. The service will also see numerous additions to its Extra and Premium tiers throughout the year.
