Back in January, Bluepoch Games thrilled fans by announcing an exciting collaboration between Reverse: 1999 and the iconic Assassin's Creed series. Now, they've unveiled more tantalizing details about the upcoming Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed crossover, which promises to bring Ezio Auditore da Firenze into the mix as a playable character.
In partnership with Ubisoft, the crossover event will celebrate two of the most beloved chapters in the Assassin's Creed saga: Assassin’s Creed II and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. A teaser released in January captivated fans, showing Vertin navigating a rain-soaked street with the luminous Assassin’s Creed logo emerging in the background, setting the stage for what's to come.

The full scope of the collaboration has now been revealed, and it's set to launch across Android, iOS, and PC platforms in August 2025. Beyond the inclusion of Ezio, players have a host of other exciting features to anticipate in the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration.
The event will unfold in two distinct phases, each offering unique Assassin’s Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I will transport players to the heart of Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the historic streets of 15th-century Italy, deciphering cryptic clues and immersing themselves in the era's rich culture.
Phase II will then shift the scene to the ancient world of Greece, drawing directly from the narrative of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Fans of the game will likely spot familiar events as Vertin and her companions delve into the mysteries of this ancient civilization.
