Following the 2021 re-release of Ubisoft's Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game, TMNT: Shredder's Revenge developers are bringing fans an entirely new Scott Pilgrim experience. Titled Scott Pilgrim EX, this fresh addition arrives on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch in early 2026.
Scott Pilgrim EX represents a completely original adventure developed alongside comic creator Bryan Lee O'Malley. This four-player cooperative beat 'em up maintains the beloved retro aesthetic while introducing a brand-new narrative. Players can control Scott, Ramona, and five other iconic characters battling demons, robots, and various foes across a reimagined Toronto landscape.
The game features exciting collaborators, including:
- A vibrant new soundtrack composed by Anamanaguchi
- Pixel art contributions from renowned artist Paul Robertson
- Creative guidance from Scott Pilgrim Takes Off director BenDavid Grabinski
This marks only the second official Scott Pilgrim game following Ubisoft's 2010 original (excluding the 2021 remaster). Development studio Tribute Games brings authentic credentials - founded by ex-Ubisoft Montreal employees, their team includes several veterans from the original game's development.
