Innkeepers (or Beach Keepers) are usually found on every island, except those requiring special access (like the Depths). They're often near shacks, tents, or sleeping bags, but sometimes near trees (like on Ancient Isle), so be observant. Check every NPC in new areas to identify them.
Once you find an Innkeeper, interact to check the cost of setting a spawn point. Conveniently, it's always 35C$, and you can change your spawn location as many times as needed.
