The legendary blue speedster arrives with classic companions Tails and Knuckles

Squad Busters is turbo-charging its lineup with an exciting new crossover event. Sega's iconic Sonic the Hedgehog will dash into the game on June 17th as a playable hero, joined by faithful allies Tails and Knuckles as special squad members!
True to his nature, Sonic brings lightning-fast gameplay with his Super Sonic transformation granting temporary invulnerability. His Turbo ability recharges this power, while also enhancing the skills of other speed-focused squad members.
Tails pilots his signature Cyclone Walker armed with a devastating laser cannon, while Knuckles utilizes his trademark ground-pounding tactics - burrowing beneath attacks before emerging beneath enemies for crushing counterstrikes.
Race to Unlock the Trio!
Players can earn the legendary team by participating in the special event launching June 17th. Collect golden rings through battles, shop purchases, and daily rewards to initially unlock Sonic. Completing his Hero Journey will provide additional rings to obtain Knuckles and Tails - each with their own unique evolution paths!
No Sonic appearance would be complete without his nemesis Dr. Eggman, who features in the new "Eggman Attacks" game modifier. This special mode not only boosts ring rewards but pits players against the mad scientist as he patrols the battlefield in his Egg Mobile, transforming into the fearsome Death Egg Robot mid-match.
