Netmarble has rolled out an exhilarating update for Tower of God New World, enhancing the collectible card RPG experience on Android and iOS. This update introduces new heroes, a thrilling PvP mode, and a slew of engaging events, ensuring players have plenty to explore and enjoy.
The star of this update is SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo, a Yellow Element Assassin who commands the Po Bidau Army's floating ship, the Victor. Hugo excels in combat, believing it to be her true calling. Her Luxury Shield ability unleashes devastating damage on a selected target, making her a formidable addition to any lineup.
Joining Hugo is SSR [Unleashed Desire] David, a Purple Element Support and a clone of White. David is designed for survivability, specializing in removing debuffs from allies, which makes him an invaluable asset in strategic battles.
A new addition to the game is the Coliseum Arena, a multi-deck PvP mode where players can engage in real-time battles. The arena operates on a weekly cycle, with characters potentially receiving bans or buffs based on their performance in the previous season. The inaugural season runs until March 19th, offering rewards such as Expirable Titles based on your ranking.
Several limited-time events are also live, running through March 26th. The [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo Festival allows players to delve into Hugo's Emily Talk Story and claim various rewards. The Hugo Release Celebration features multiple activities, including Special Summons, Check-Ins, Boost Missions, and TapTap Plus, with prizes such as Suspendiums and an SSR+ Hugo.
The White Day 'Sweet Popping Candy' event lets you collect 'Little Candy' through gameplay, which can be exchanged for SSR+ Soulstones, SSR Soulstones, and an [S] Equipment Selection Chest. Additionally, Hugo's Luxury Festa! event rewards players with up to 60 Gentleman Summon Tickets for completing missions.
To keep the competition fresh, new seasons for the Alliance Expedition and Revolution Room have been introduced.
