Dive into the thrilling world of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, a newly released roguelike card battler now available on Android globally. This game, crafted by the visionary Kazuma Kaneko, renowned for his surreal world-building and iconic demonic designs in the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series, promises an immersive experience like no other.
Developed by the Japanese game studio COLOPL, Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter blends the excitement of dungeon crawling with an innovative AI-driven system. Since joining COLOPL in 2023, Kaneko has spearheaded this project, infusing it with his distinctive style.
Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter Has Trained Personal AI Models
At the heart of the game lies an artificial deity that meticulously observes your every move and decision, responding dynamically with tailor-made cards. This is powered by a proprietary model named AI Kaneko, personally trained by Kazuma Kaneko himself. The core feature, known as the Okami System, introduces a false god named Okami who watches over your gameplay. As you navigate through the dungeons, Okami generates unique cards in real time, adapting to your playing style and enhancing your strategic options.
Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter is set within The Hashira, a high-rise located in Tokyo's bayside area. Once a pinnacle of modern architecture, it now teems with monstrous adversaries. Your ultimate goal is to ascend to the top of The Hashira and confront Noriko Tomi, the president of the construction company behind this once-glorious structure. Noriko has become a target for Tsukuyomi, an elite national defense unit, due to her attempts to overthrow the state using jujutsu traps embedded throughout the building.
