Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to unlock Aladdin and bring him into your world.
How To Find Aladdin in the Agrabah Realm
The journey begins by unlocking the Agrabah realm, which is hidden behind a special door located at the top of the Disney Castle. Unlocking this portal requires 15,000 Dreamlight. Once opened, you'll enter the bustling market district of Agrabah—though it's currently caught in the middle of a powerful sandstorm.
To safely navigate through the chaos, you’ll need to move across rooftops rather than the storm-ravaged streets. Begin by walking through the arches and take the blue ramp on the left. Interact with an upright plank to lower it and cross over. Use your pickaxe to break down structures blocking your path, then continue forward up the ramp and repeat the process along the balcony.
Be sure to glide through the swirling sand devils to avoid being knocked back to your starting point. Once you reach the double doors, use your pickaxe to clear the way and speak with Princess Jasmine. This will trigger the quest titled “The Ancient Revealed,” where she explains the origin of the storms and reveals that Aladdin is missing. She also mentions that the Magic Carpet has become stranded in *Disney Dreamlight Valley*.
Restoring Agrabah and Finding Aladdin
To continue your search for Aladdin, you'll need to upgrade your pickaxe so you can break the sand nodes scattered throughout Agrabah. Head to the Artisan’s District and collect three wooden planks required for the upgrade:
- First plank: Leaning against the wall near the hammer sign close to Jasmine.
- Second plank: Buried in the ground next to the carpet merchant and large tornado.
- Third plank: Located on the right-hand rooftop near the large archway.
Once collected, deliver these planks to Jasmine. Then, run up the ramp, interact with another plank to knock down the structure, and speak to her again.
Next, you'll need to locate **Artisan’s Alloy**, found in three chests spread across the Agrabah landscape:
- First chest: To the left of the structure you just climbed, near some barrels and golden pots.
- Second chest: After returning up the structure, place down a plank near Jasmine and open the chest to the right.
- Third chest: Move the large barrel forward, place three planks down, and reach the final chest.
After collecting all three pieces of Artisan’s Alloy, speak to Jasmine a third time. Craft the upgraded pickaxe at the crafting table behind her, equip it in your inventory, and speak to her once more. Break nearby sandstone deposits and follow her to the South Alley to clear more obstacles.
As you progress, retrieve three additional planks—one by the tornado and two on the other side of the stairs. Continue breaking sandstone until you finally reunite with Aladdin. He and Jasmine will share a heartfelt moment, discussing how they can rebuild what’s been lost. Finish the quest by speaking with Jasmine one last time to complete “The Ancient Revealed.”
How To Invite Aladdin to Dreamlight Valley
After restoring peace to Agrabah, return to Dreamlight Valley and prepare a home for Aladdin and Jasmine. Choose a suitable biome and place their house there. Speak with Scrooge McDuck at the construction site to begin building, which costs 20,000 Star Coins.
Jasmine will arrive first, followed shortly by Aladdin himself. Both characters introduce new story quests, craftable items, and exclusive Friendship Path rewards that add depth to your gameplay experience.
