WoW Patch 11.1 Auto-Converts Leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens
Patch 11.1 of World of Warcraft will automatically convert any remaining Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch's release.
The World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary event, concluding on January 7th, offered players numerous Bronze Celebration Tokens used to purchase various items, including revamped Tier 2 sets. Any unspent tokens will now be transformed into the Timewalking currency, Timewarped Badges. Blizzard has confirmed these tokens will not be used in future events.
This automatic conversion ensures players don't retain useless currency entries. While a specific release date for Patch 11.1 is unannounced, February 25th is a strong possibility, aligning with Blizzard's recent update schedule and considering the ongoing in-game events.
This conversion will likely occur after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes (February 24th). Timewarped Badges can be used in various Timewalking events, with all rewards remaining permanently available. Players are advised to log in after Patch 11.1 launches to claim their converted badges.
