Her arrival, initially rumored and later confirmed via beta testing, marks Inazuma's first Standard Banner 5-Star character.
Initially shrouded in mystery as a tapir yokai, the official reveal portrayed Mizuki as a psychologist and the primary owner of the Aisa Bathhouse, hinting at a connection to Yae Miko. This connection suggests a prominent role during Version 5.4's Inazuma-based Flagship Event, centered around yokai and featuring Yae Miko. A dedicated Story Quest will also accompany her release.
