Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent branded gas stations, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.
These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.
A Participant is defined as an individual, 14 years of age or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions, registered in the program according to these rules. Participants must possess an individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.
The Participant Questionnaire collects information from individuals seeking program enrollment. By completing the questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to Royal Petrol LLP's processing of their personal data (as defined by Law No. 94-V of the Republic of Kazakhstan, May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). Data processing methods include, but are not limited to: email, instant messaging, SMS, phone calls, postal mail, and automated processing via electronic means, including database creation. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing by the Participant.
A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Mobile Application is Royal Petrol's software for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.
Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as outlined in the program terms. One (1) Bonus point equals one (1) tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases at Royal Petrol stations.
The Program Participant's Bonus account records accrued and redeemed Bonuses, displaying the current balance.
