Taiko-san Daijiro 3

This application is designed to play tja files from "Taiko-san Jiro 2" on your PC. It's important to note that the app comes with just one sample song, so you'll need to manually add your music data to the device's storage or SD card.

Please be aware that without the score data, you won't be able to enjoy the game. Also, due to enhanced security features in Android, the default TJA folder located directly under the root folder is no longer accessible when upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2. This has led to the development of this app as a standalone solution.

I want to extend my apologies to those who have left reviews; I haven't had the chance to read and respond to them yet. If you have any requests, please feel free to email us, and we will certainly look into them.

We regret that due to the vast number of Android devices, we can't test the app on every model. As a result, we cannot support devices on which the app fails to start. Before launching the application, please ensure you've cleared background tasks using a task killer or similar tool.

Please note that we do not provide assistance on how to obtain TJA files and skins, so we will not respond to such inquiries.

■How to Insert Songs

Place your music files (tja) in the following folder:

/Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA

(Important: The /TJA folder used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 is now inaccessible due to security enhancements.)

If you're migrating from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file management application to copy or move your score files. If you're downloading from the internet, save the zip file directly into the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.

If your genre folder or folders do not contain a genre.ini file, the genre will default to "Uncategorized".

■How to Insert the Skin

This app supports skin data from "Taiko-san Jiro 2", although some skins might not be implemented yet. Please note that skins from "Taiko-san Jiro" (not version 2) are not compatible. Additionally, operation may slow down depending on the device model and the skin data used.

■Contents of genre.ini (This file is essential for the folder to be recognized as a genre folder.)
