IGN's Assassin's Creed Shadows interactive map is now live, offering a comprehensive guide to every Collectible, Activity, Main Quest, and Side Quest you'll encounter as you explore the nine provinces of feudal Japan. Unlike previous entries in the Assassin's Creed series, **AC Shadows does not automatically remove the fog of war when activating Viewpoints**. This means you'll need to **manually uncover** the locations of Landmarks, Collectibles, Activities, and Quests. Thankfully, IGN's AC Shadows interactive map comes equipped with **thousands of map points** to aid you in your journey across Japan.

Collectibles: Legendary Chests, Origami Butterflies, Jizo Statues, Legendary Sumi-e, Valuable Objects, Kano Paintings, Kamon Crests, Cultural Discovery.Activities: Kofuns, Shrines, Temple Lost Pages, Kuji-kiri, Kata, Horse Archery, and Hidden Trails.Locations: Castles, Viewpoints, Kakuregas, Landmarks, and Hostile Landmarks.Services: Gear Vendors, Ornament Vendors, and Port Traders.Quests: Main Story Quests, Side Quests, and Contract Targets. Other notable map markers include Keys, Samurai Daisho locations, common resource and gear chests, and Stockpiles.To use map filters, click on the filter options found on the left-hand side of the interactive map. Here, you can freely toggle filters on and off, allowing you to customize your experience and focus only on the categories most relevant to your playthrough.
Clicking on map icons will also provide helpful instructions for locating items, along with a convenient checkbox to keep track of everything you have collected and completed so far.
