To take a zone, simply enter its boundaries and stand within it. This action will allow you to TAKE the zone from its current owner, turning it green and earning you income in the form of points. Keep a close eye on your competitors' movements in real-time on the game map, and strategize your next move accordingly.
The more zones you own, the higher your income will be. However, be vigilant, as losing a zone to a competitor will decrease your income. You can track your progress on three levels of top-lists: region, country, and world, where you can see your current ranking.
TURF operates in ROUNDS, with each round lasting one month and concluding on a Sunday near the start of a new month. At the end of each round, all zones are reset, and accumulated points are zeroed out, providing a fresh start for everyone. The top performers in each round receive rewards that they can keep forever.
