As a player, you'll skillfully maneuver each descending capsule, shifting it left or right and rotating it to align perfectly with the viruses and any pre-existing capsules. The key to success lies in creating alignments of four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, which will clear them from the board. Your primary goal is to conquer each level by completely eliminating all viruses present on the field. Be cautious, though—a game over is triggered if capsules stack up and block the bottle's narrow neck, preventing further play.
At the start of a new game, players have the flexibility to choose their initial difficulty level, ranging from zero to twenty. This choice directly affects the number of viruses you'll need to clear to progress. Additionally, you can select from three different speed settings, which determine how quickly the capsules descend into the bottle. Your score is calculated exclusively based on the number of viruses you eliminate, not on the time you take to finish the level or the capsules you use. If you manage to beat the highest difficulty level, you can keep playing to boost your score, although the number of viruses to clear will stay constant. Scoring is enhanced when you clear multiple viruses simultaneously, but no extra points are given for triggering chain reactions, where one set of eliminations leads to another.
