4 Bead (4 Teni/Sholo Guti/4 Daane) Game
The 4 Bead game, also known as 4 Teni, Sholo Guti, or 4 Daane, is an engaging strategy game that can be enjoyed by two players. Each player starts with 4 beads, and the objective is to protect your beads while attempting to capture your opponent's beads.
The game begins once both players have registered, with the first player taking the initial turn. On their turn, a player must select one of their beads and move it to the nearest available position. Here are the two ways players can move their beads:
- By moving to the nearest bead: Players can move their bead to the closest unoccupied spot, which helps in safeguarding their beads from the opponent. Note that players can only move to the nearest place once per turn.
- By crossing another player's bead: If the nearest bead to be moved over is an opponent's bead, and the space beyond it is empty, a player can "cross" the opponent's bead. This move allows the player to capture the opponent's bead. Importantly, players can cross multiple beads in a single turn if the conditions are met. After crossing, the player must end their turn by either clicking the "PASS" button or selecting the bead they moved after crossing.
The game's outcome is determined by which player loses all their beads first. For example, if Player 1 loses all their beads before Player 2, then Player 2 is declared the winner.
This game requires strategic thinking and tactical planning to outmaneuver your opponent and secure victory. Whether you call it 4 Teni, Sholo Guti, or 4 Daane, the 4 Bead game offers a fun and challenging experience for players of all skill levels.
